Theft by Shoplifting occurs when you take merchandise from a retail establishment through various means. This means include concealment, altering or swapping price tags, or transfer from one container to another. Theft by Shoplifting is a misdemeanor, but unless this is taken care of this charge can hurt your chances for a job or even college.
Theft by Taking occurs by taking or appropriating the property of another with the intention of depriving the owner of the property.

Entering Auto occurs when you enter a motor vehicle with the intent to commit a theft or felony. Punishment is limited to 1-5 years in prison.
